1. Plain-language summary

This Privacy Policy explains how Kasmerik ("Kasmerik", "we", or "us") collects, stores, and protects your business and crew information. We never sell your data or customer lists to third parties.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the information needed to set up and run your Kasmerik account:

• Email and sign-in details: Your work email address and encrypted sign-in credentials used to access your account or receive early access updates.
• Company information: Your company name, trade or industry, crew size, job sites, quotes, and shift schedules.
• Crew names and roster info: Crew member names, employee numbers, preferred language (English or Spanish), assigned shifts, and shift cover requests.
• Task photos and job notes: Finished-work photos, checklist completions, and supply requests uploaded by your crew through the mobile browser app.

3. Where your data is stored

Your account records, schedules, and task photos are stored on secure cloud databases and storage servers in the United States (including Supabase and Vercel infrastructure), protected with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Each company account is isolated so only authorized users in your business can view your sites, crew roster, and photos.

4. Data export

Your data belongs to you. You can export your crew roster, customer sites, schedules, and quotes to CSV or Excel files at any time directly from your account or by requesting an export from support.

5. Account deletion

You can request full account deletion at any time. When you ask us to delete your account, we permanently delete your company information, crew names, schedules, and task photos from our active systems within 30 days, except for any billing records we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting compliance.

6. Essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics

Kasmerik uses strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in and protect your account against unauthorized access, along with privacy-friendly website analytics to measure aggregate page traffic and reliability. We do not run third-party ad networks inside the app.
